With a full 160 m2 of space to enjoy, Borne de Luxe apartment in Barcelona, has been renovated and decorated by a team of italian architets. The apartment is kitted out in italian design furnishings and hi-tech equipment such as centralised airconditioning and heater, automatic lightning, ADSL, flat screen TVs. Three luxury, spacious, modern double 3 bedrooms with private fridge and TV in room, each with his own independent bathroom and balcony provided with huge walk in shower or bath tub.Spacious living room of 40m2 with two sofas, double sofa bed and a very long italian wooden table, which can accomodate up to twelve people, all surronded by balconies with views on la Plaza. ADSL, laundry space with dryer and washing machine complete the feature of this five stras accomodation. Day cleaning on request.

All check-in before 3pm and after 8pm require an extra fee of 30€ to be paid in cash upon arrival or 40€ after 11pm.
CHECK-OUT TIME/DEPARTURE FROM APARTMENT: 11h
You have to leave the apartment at 11:00 am, or pay an extra fee of 40€; if you wish to check-out later we advise you to call our office the day before departure to see if it is possible.
