This apartment is located near las Ramblas, one of the most famous street of the city, and close to the Cathedral.
This 43 sq.mts renovated apartment in building with elevator is composed of :

The Rambla Catalunya is a recently refurbished designer apartment, made up out off: one double room with a king size bed and a closet, a living/dining room with a convertible sofa for two people to sleep, a table and several chairs. The kitchen, separated from the living area by a glass wall, is completely equipped with the following electro domestics: oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffe-maker, toaster, iron and a washer/dryer. The bathroom is brand new with shower. This homey apartment has parquet floor and includes a plasma TV, DVD player and movies, radio/cd player, air conditioning in the entire flat (hot and cold air). The total surface area is 43m2 where a maximum of four people can sleep. Also there is a spacious balcony of 10m2 with a table with spectacular views at the Rambla Catalunya. This apartment is inside a “modernist” building that is being restored (there are building works going on), so typical of Barcelona’s Ensanche.
With a mixture of people from around the world, native Catalans and tourists this part of the city seems like it never sleeps. Its just off La Rambla, Barcelonas´ most famous street, which is lined with performing street artists, painters, buskers and there´s always a lot of activity going on around the different kiosks that sell everything from international newspapers to domestic animals. Within this district you will find some of Barcelona´s nicest old buildings such as the National Library of Catalunya and Palau Güell mixed with more modern architecture such as the Contemporary Art Museum – MACBA. There is also a wide range of cuisine, bar, restaurant, of cafe with terraces where you can sit and have dinner or merely just enjoy a drink. |
