This brand new apartment is located on the trendy Calle Avinyo, few blocks from las Ramblas and the Cathedral, in the middle of the safe and lively Barcelona. In a building of the beginning of the century renovated with taste and care, the apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. The owner completed the refurbishment in November 2008, taking care of the old features and adding up modern amenities for its clients.
