We list both Vacation Rentals and Sublets. In other words, owners are very welcome to list both if they want to rent each single month of the year and/or if they live in the apartment but travel regularly for business or pleasure and are willing to sublet while they're away.
The search engine will enable selective searches if used on its advanced mode, whereby renters can select to see only apartments featuring a washer and/or fast internet and/or elevator and/or terrace and more, up to 13 choice criteria.
